Designation: Event Management and Marketing Associate

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate logistics and ensure smooth execution of events from start to finish, including venue booking, vendor management, and participant coordination.
- Assist in developing event marketing strategies and promotional materials in collaboration with the marketing team.
- Provide on-site event support, including registration management, attendee inquiries, and post-event follow-ups.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external team for events and general marketing.
- Assist with on-going marketing activities and campaigns
Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of relevant experience in event management professionally or during university (fresh graduates with a track record of event management at university are encouraged to apply).
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and social media platforms.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects..
