Key Responsibilities
- Participate in a 24-month structured development program with rotational assignments across various business functions.
- Engage in real-time business projects to gain hands-on experience and build functional expertise.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve real business challenges and drive impactful results
- Receive ongoing coaching, mentoring, and feedback from CCI leaders to support your career development
- Contribute to the planning and execution of departmental strategies within your assigned function (Sales, Supply Chain, or Enabling)
- Demonstrate initiative, adaptability, and leadership potential in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
- Attend leadership development trainings, workshops, and corporate events organized as part of the program
- Participate in regular performance evaluations, with the potential to transition into a permanent role after the apprenticeship phase
- Uphold CCI’s values of inclusivity, sustainability, and people-centric practices in all work areas
Qualifications and Requirements
- Recent graduate or final-year Bachelor’s student expected to complete a degree by November 2025
- Recent Graduates with upto 1 year of full-time work experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- Active involvement in extracurricular activities is a plus
- Educational background requirements based on function:
- Sales Function: Bachelor’s in Business Administration, Social Sciences, Engineering, or a related field
- Supply Chain Function: Bachelor’s in IPE, Mechanical, EEE, Food Engineering, Chemical, Mechatronics, or related fields (Plant-based role in Bhaluka, Mymensingh)
- Enabling Function: Bachelor’s in Business Administration, Social Sciences, Engineering, or a related field
- Available to work full-time and willing to commit to a long-term career path with CCI
