RANCON PROPERTIES is looking for creative and skilled professionals to join as 3D Visualizers (Executive/Senior Executive). The role demands expertise in 3D rendering, animation walkthroughs, and photorealistic design, with the ability to collaborate with architects and marketing teams.

Key Responsibilities
- Produce high-quality 3D renderings and animation walkthroughs for residential & commercial projects.
- Collaborate with architects and the marketing team to visualize designs.
- Prepare visual presentations for internal reviews, client meetings, and promotions.
- Develop realistic textures, lighting, materials, and environments.
- Manage multiple projects efficiently while meeting deadlines.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field (e.g., Exterior Design)
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
